forms with properties don't validate #252

forms with properties like "<bind nodeset="/data/deviceid" type="string" 
jr:preload="property" jr:preloadParams="deviceid"/>" don't validate. they return

"No storage factory has been set; I don't know what kind of storage utility to 
create. Either set a storage factory, or register your StorageUtilitys 
directly."
