instant Script error when trying to start Navi-X

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?

instant Script error when trying to start/access Navi-X

2. What steps will reproduce the problem?

tried to remove reinstall navix several times

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

have never had an issue with navi x before, always starts and runs. 

now when you try and start navix - instant Script Error Navi-x 

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?

3.7.8

5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?

Crystalbuntu - Ubuntu 12.04 on Apple TV Gen 1 with frodo 12.2

6. Please provide any additional information below:
