ok, here is the solution
unzip navix
edit addon.xml
change xbmc.python version from 1 to 2
rezip
install

Sorry, but I changed the xbmc.python version from 1.0 to 2.0 and still got the
same error. Any thoughts on this?

you have to change python version from "1.0" to "2.1.0" then it works :)

It worked with me after editing and then change the skin from touched to
confluence

Same issue, skin is already confluence. Changed version and it now says I do

Hi.
I have just downloaded this and also get the "dependences not met" error. I see
the solution is to edit addon xml, but how do you get into it to edit it ? I am
using a sony xperia z tablet and have tried File Commander and Office Suite but
neither will allow me to edit it ? The tablet is running KitKat 4.4.2 if that
helps ?
