The same interface as for the bin_count0, bin_count1 -> cumulative_count0, cumulative_count1

Another interface that could be possibly more useful

Cumulative sum: cumsum(bin_count, 0), cumsum(bin_count, 1) Other statistics that should be easy to add: sum, mean, std
