Automatically add base64 to arrayCompression, fix for parsing call with more than 1 parameter #283

This PR:

• Makes CDSCompress use base64 encoding even if not explicitly specified inarrayCompression (before, it would crash)
• Fixes #283
  • Arctan2 - was a missing comma
  • Unit - spaghetti code, after refactoring reason became clear, in this case the CDS was accessed before it was created
