This PR: -Optimizes multiselect weights for projections -Disables color bar labels, will be reenabled after updating to new bokeh version

option - showColorAxisTitle

Optimization description

optimization in the javascript in javascript
- time consumption proportional to the number of selected weights
- optimization in number of callback calls

This option is switchable on the server (only)
