Added LArm #37

-Added index of the first simulated/reconstructed point to the ttree (called fFirstIndexMC/In/Out)

-Added LArm function to the RDataFrame (LArmMC/In/Out calculated directly and LArmRefit obtained as LArmIn+LArmOut)

Code changes look reasonable - we will test them in the Notebook later
