If you always download halfway and suddenly fail: 1) change another download tools(such as idm) 2) change another browser, safari or ie

Hello,can I ask you for help? when I try to open the network address "https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1ULtdEXRrxH9_CtTrWensIbwybeWKz8Dj",namely the pretrained weights and other assets.It can't open and appears it not exits.
