Am adaugat model pentru Articol, view ce ofera articolele aprobate si cu publish date mai vechi decat momentul curent. Avem acum list view accesibil din navbar pe /news/ si detail view pentru articole.

Am inregistrat modelul de Article si in admin. Pun mai jos cateva screenshot-uri cu schimbarile sa fie mai clar.
