NRoots[1x^3+2x^2+2x+2] ---- result is wrong #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open: http://mobmath.appspot.com/
2. type into --> NRoots[1x^3+2x^2+2x+2] 
3. Compare with http://www.1728.org/cubic.htm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
x1 =   -1.5436890126920766
x2 =  -0.22815549365396165 + i* 1.1151425080399373
x3 =  -0.22815549365396165 - i* 1.1151425080399373

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use SymjaDroid in my project. I found the bug 042#, so I update some source 
code, then I found the result of NRoots[] for some Equation is wrong. 

Please provide any additional information below.
