Containers not saving properly. Entity data not saving properly. 1.21 #679

Describe the bug Container data does not save properly - saved data is all messed up. Also, most of the entity data does not save, eg. names, villager's trades and skins, cat's fur colors. Also beacon effects do not save (also, no entity or container data saves on version 1.20.6)

Steps to reproduce Simply try to save what's inside a chest, or try saving a world with cats with various fur colors, or try saving a world with villagers

Yeap, for me also appears on 1.20.6
