1.19.2 port #681

I have a server that's on 1.19.2, and I was wondering why there wasn't a port for it but there was for 1.19.3+. Could you make one if possible, or explain why it's not possible if it isn't?

Discontinuing 1.19.2 is a step forward, if you want to still download for 1.19.2 you can check https://github.com/mircokroon/minecraft-world-downloader/issues/534

Unfortunately 1.19.2 is not supported, if you want to download from that version you'll need an older release v1.16.5 (release)
