Feature request: add support for limiting log_count #103

The current version's glog will generate lots of files, but not limit the 
number of log files. It's easily to make disk to be full, so that we have to 
clear the older logs by another tools, scripts or manually. It seems 
inconvenient to use.

How about intergating the log_count limit into glog?
