Integrated with Microsoft OAuth (Azure AD)

Initially I implemented it way back in February (original changes: https://github.com/zaenk/accent/commit/5301faa1aab732c3c7807fdbf438276417403dd1) but totally forgot to submit it for PR.

I tried my best to integrate it with the refactored frontend code.

Unfortunately, I have no longer access to the environment, where this integration was used.

Can you please rebase on master? Latest Elixir release renamed the release.exs config file to runtime.exs I will merge the PR after this, thank you! 😃
