Need review for the distillery improvements. Will rebase when comments seen. This is the changes done for kubernetes / docker support.

Once this is merged because of : "${PORT}" syntax, you can only run distillery releases.

I was distracted by the holidays, I'll see if I can find bandwidth to work on this.

@fire I have been working on the Docker/distillery setup in my spare time and I’m close to a working setup 🎉 The setup is extracted from mirego’s private phoenix boilerplate and has been tested with numerous Elixir apps. The missing part is the twelve-factor EmberJs build 🤔 I will open a PR with my changes this week
