Social media sharing buttons #2

Maybe we should have social media sharing buttons somewhere? Probably at the bottom of the page.

Buttons should share current team, not page as a whole.

@nasanos hi, thanks for showing interest in the project and this issue! No, nobody is actively working on this right now, so it's free for you to pick up.

Of course there shouldn't be button for Google+, as this thing got shut down since issue was created.

Let me know if you have any questions or need guidance, I'll do my best to help you.

Right now, I've only included two sharing platforms (Facebook and Twitter) as a start to consider the design from. I had thought about putting the buttons beside the "Copy link" button, but that probably won't work if we add more than one more sharing button.
