Issues with zooming / fitting wide countries #18

The following countries have issues where they wrap around the X axis or don't zoom out properly:

This might get fixed if we use better country border data (#7), so we should probably do that first

More countries which wrap around and mess up the zoom:

Also, countries which have separate territories are including those in the outline which is a bit weird, for example Spain and Portugal
