Update README to point to appropriate Compass documentation. #19

First off, I'd like to say thanks for this plugin! It's helped a lot.

Though I was just reading through the issues on this page and saw that this plugin had been merged into Compass. You might want to add a line at the top of the README that directs people to the Compass documentation, or at least the issue where this was merged into the Compass project.
