I have the Sonoff with FinalStage wifi and I don't know how to finish

Those logs imply it worked, specifically the line: 2018-05-10 16:25:32,903: INFO: 200 GET /ota/image_arduino.bin (192.168.4.1) 8505.48ms

I would suggest doing a power cycle of the device, and if the finalstage SSID is still there, run again with the --no-prov argument so it'll skip to the last step.
