How can I access to debug.log?
I installed sonoff tasmota on my sonoff dual r2. The board is Sonoff DUAL R2 Ver 1.0 2017-07-20. Specifically I do the steps for firmware upgrade from sonota with sucess. After that, I realized that it not work the two toggle buttons of each channel, sometimes work and sometimes not work, so I go to the configuration page of tasmota web server and change mode to sonoff dual, After that, I can not access anymore to the webserver, no wifi of esp.. Also I try to disconecct and connect and it not work.... No lights on the sonoff, it no respond... any way to reset? or check what is the problem? Then, I try to connect with a DB9 serial to USB: 3.3v, gnd and tx and rx of sonoff to tx and rx of db9. I try to execute this command: ./esptool.py --port /dev/ttyUSB0 erase_region 0x0F4000 0x008000 Getting this: A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to Espressif device: Timed out waiting for packet header Also I try the same process with an arduino uno without success.... No led lights on when I connect. Only some times when I connect, it is on the red led D5.
