Bad luck with firmware versions

• Python Version: 3.6.3 :: Anaconda custom (64-bit)
• Sonoff model: RF
• Sonoff firmware version: apparently was 1.6 and now the newest 2.?
• I have read the README, and understand that SonOTA does not work with the latest Sonoff firmware: yes Please also drag and drop the generated debug_########.log file onto the issue so it is attached.

  So the code stops for waiting Sonoff to connect. I'm aware that the process is not working for my firmware versions. By dropping the ticket I'm just hoping to get informed if anything should change.

Mac (10.14 Mojave) | Phyton Version 3.7.1 | Sonoff RF firmware 1.8.1 My Sonoff RF devices run on firmware version 1.8.1. I have the same problem. Final stage doesn't show. Stronger, the Sonoff keeps broadcasting it's ITEAD network. Happy to hear when a solution comes up.
