FinalStage not showing up; Device unreachable #89

Operating System: Windows 10
Python Version: Included in current sonota.exe
Sonoff model: Sonoff Basic

I flashed three Sonoff Basic today without any issue. While trying to flash the 4th one the same way I encountered this problem:

The steps to FinalStage took longer then usual
FinalStage SSID does not show up
Sonoff device does not respond to any button press

Please also drag and drop the generated debug_########.log file onto the issue so it is attached. debug_1515094543-sonoff004.log

Any idea what to try next before soldering and trying to flash via cable?

Best I can tell it looks like it was using the first image (this means an extra step), but with the download taking just 10ms, it looks like it dropped out during that step.

If, after a power cycle, holding the button for 7 seconds (try a few times) does not work, it maybe time for he serial unfortunately. :(

I received 2 identical units (as far as I can tell). One unit was already upgraded to the 1.6.0 firmware. The 2nd unit was on 1.5.5 (I think). Needless to say the 1.5.x unit was easily upgraded to the custom firmware. Thanks for all the help to forums like this and others!

The only thing that I could see that was different between the two units are the screws used to secure the input and output wiring...see the images attached here. Maybe this will help someone.

Same issue here, but on 1.5.5 firmware. See debug log here: debug_1537869706.log

Device is completely dead now, so will try to flash manually (serial).
