This requires some work but it seems that it's already building!

[x] build
[ ] opam uses dune
[ ] flatten/rename stubs
[ ] remove ocamlbuild files
[ ] use configurator to check whether to pass -DACCELERATE -maes ... based on CPUID
[ ] use something to handle --with-lwt & similar
