Add support for hitbtc and gdax exchangers. #65

Hi there, I recently found mosquito after been using zenbot for a while now and I wanted to test it out but then I saw that mosquito does not have support for Hitbtc and/or Gdax and those are the two exchangers I use, any chance you could add support for them?
