I've noticed for some artists, some of the lyrics/bio box is cut off at the 
bottom.

I've had the same issue as well, and it gets worse if you click the "account" 
button at the top of the screen.  You'll end up trapped there since the 
"cancel" button is hidden below the cutoff.

I ended up taking matters into my own hands and making a custom build for 
myself:
