Can't enter username and password for private proxy set up in IE #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start OpenPandora (0.7.0) with private US proxy set up in IE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As expected a window pops up asking for username and password for the proxy, 
but at the same time a notification window pops up stating that i don't have 
internet conntection. If i click ok OpenPandora shuts down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenPandora 0.7.0 (any), Win7 (64x)

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using OpenPandora in germany with a US proxy. As described the program 
doesn't let me enter username and password for the proxy before shutting itself 
down.
Version 0.6.9 does not shut down and works fine with the same proxy settings. 
I'd like to use the latest version though.

I see the same issue in 0.7.0.6 (has not been fixed)
