Allow user-defined height/width configuration by file.

This will allow Pandora to change the layout of the player without us
having to wait for a new version.

Also as it currently stands, the bottom of the information about artists is
cut off, and we cannot click "read full bio" or anything like that.

You can change to lyrics and stuff as far as i know, if you log into the actual 
pandora site you can see everything.

I think the OpenPandora devs wanted to exclude some of the extra space at the 
bottom, but it has the side effect of cutting off the lyrics, artist bio info, 
and the buttons at the bottom of the account settings panel.

It was trivial to prepare a build that displays the player full-size, though I 
think going for a config file option is overkill.

This is awesome, thanks! Is it user-configurable? I wouldn't want all that junk 
at the bottom (the 4 little sections) just enough of a resize to see those 3 
dots in the bottom left of the bio to switch between everything.

Also, I don't have the stuff to build it here, is there a pre-compiled download 
somewhere?

However the size isn't user-configurable.  I can't quite figure out what the 
original developers intended with the resize, so I'll have to give it a bit 
more thought.
