[Suggestion] Support media keys #10

I don't know if this plugin is the right place to implement this, and let me know if it isn't. I would like to use my media shortcuts on my keyboard or Bluetooth headphones to play/pause and skip forwards and backwards.

I guess it depends if it is possible to assign global hotkeys via decky loader plugins.
