Refractor Class & File Name "neuralnet" to "AlphaZero" in app/algs/neuralnet.py #12

This issue relates to refactoring the name from neuralnet to AlphaZero since I think it's a more appropriate name for the class and file.

@Fool-Yang Does this make sense? Or am I misunderstanding the code?
