Added a section for properly making changes to the repository. Removed tip about updating documentation, as the link is invalid/outdated.

🐛 Possible Drawbacks

These additional guidelines could be undesired or feel redundant to potential contributors, however they are important steps for newer developers wishing to contribute.

Hi, thanks for your contribution. There are multiple broken links inside the How you can contribute section. I would also like these to be fixed before merging.
