Replace jQuery with VueJS #339

Hi,

Is it enough to replace/translate https://github.com/miromannino/Justified-Gallery/blob/master/src/js/jquery.justifiedGallery.js this file to VueJS to be able to get rid of jQuery dependency and instead use VueJS?
