Handling screens between multiple monitors. The window will keep the same position and dimensions relative to new screen.

Added new shortcut
Updated documentation and README

Thank you so much for this! I couldn't test before because I don't use multiple screens. In your experience, do you think would be helpful to have a previous screen too?

If you keep hitting the shortcut you will switch between screens. So I don't think there is a need for previous screens. Until someone has lore then 3 screens ;)
