Allow reply message box to be resized #203

I find GMail's Reply box far too small (in the vertical direction) t 
comfortably write a reply. I like to quote the other person's mail, and there 
isn't enough space to see their quote and my response without scrolling up & 
down.

A fix is to set a height on the IFrame. I would like to be able to enter a 
pixel height in Minimalist's settings, though a little drag handle to resize 
the iframe would be a nice addition for those less versed in pixels!
