Minimalist for Everything Not Working

What is the problem? Describe completely: Uninstalled individual Minimalist 
modules upon being notified that they have been deprecated. Installed MfE 
0.5.7, but have been unable to get any of the options in either Reader or Gmail 
to work (eg., using 'v' to open background pages in Reader or hiding Chat in 
Gmail).

Minimalist version   - MfE 0.5.7
Relevant core module -
Chrome version       - 16.0.912.41 beta-m
Operating System     - Windows 7 Enterprise
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - AdBlock, LastPass, Minimalist for Calendar, Reddit 
Enhancement Suite, SocialFixer

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

There have been some module enabling bugs:

  1) Go to the options page and ensure that both modules are enabled. Refresh the page to make sure that they are still enabled.

  2) Go the the page that the module is affecting (e.g. Gmail or Reader) make sure the Minimalist icon in the toolbar is black. If it is gray then the module is disabled. Click the icon and click the checkmark button to enable it.

Ah, I see now-- you actually have to click 'Enable' from 
Options\Dashboard\Installed Modules.

No problem. There are some UX issues the the way I have the buttons setup. I 
will try to resolve these in the future.
