Description

The prompting needs a way to filter the standard into only that which is relevant to the specified topic.

Acceptance criteria

[x] The algorithm outputs a csv that is organized to be human readable.
[x] The output doesn't miss that which is relevant
[x] The output doesn't include that which isn't relevant
