Removed localbitcoins reference #52

localbitcoins terminated the service. as stated in the homepage: "LocalBitcoins has decided to stop providing Bitcoin trading services. New account registration was suspended on 2023-02-09."

apparently, I deny it because I still can't believe it's not operating anymore :) haha thank you
