In either the compact or full-screen "Add Issue" form the only option available is to
select labels. If I view the details of a created issue, I get fields for my semantic labels
(e.g. Size, Severity, etc.). Those fields are a vastly superior UI, and I'd love to have
them available when I create the issue.
