Failed uploading zipped shapefiles #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try upload a zipped shape file (I tried two zipped files as attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
*  Maps. 
* But I saw error message as follows instead:

##OSError at /mix/uploads/da8d109ce34d6ca871abc641843848f2
##[Errno 2] No such file or directory
##(Details see the attached mhtml file)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* User-Agent    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, 
like Gecko) Chrome/34.0.1847.131 Safari/537.36

Please provide any additional information below.
* Please try upload the zipped files attach from your machine to see if it is 
reproducible
