Improve DBW calculations #11

There were some hints in the walk-through on how the DBW calculations could be improved to make the car follow the lane more smoothly.

Looks like the vehicle already follows the lane nicely, at least up to 40 km/h. At higher speeds it does however seem to drift away from the lane, but fixing that problem is considered beyond the scope of this project.
