What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press the button to go to google bookmarks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be www.google.com/bookmarks/?hl=en instead of 
www.google.com/bookmarks/?hl=fr

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.30 windows 7 chrome 17.963.56
