[RevisionMachine] DiffTool causes NullPointerException #71

In Revision, the call
 revisionApi.setRevisionTextAndParts(this);

causes a NullPointerException

This was due to the removal of a duplicate Revision class with a slightly 
different behavior.
It is fixed in r503
