Add a home bridge UX field for updating the phoneId field described in the readme.

The documentation in the readme states: phoneId – The phone id used by the Wyze App. This value is just found by intercepting your phone's traffic. If no phoneId is specified, a default value will be used.

Felt like this would be helpful to be able to configure through the UI.
