[Proposal] Any plans on user-specific data accessing?

Greetings! I wanted for some time to do data accessing and analysis on user-specific content, namely:

• Simple display of the last 50 battle records for all modes, which are already provided by Splatnet3
• Data analysis based on the aforementioned records, like winning percentage & splat/splatted ratio grouped by maps, modes and more importantly weapons, together with possible statistical visualizations, to help players get a good view on how they performed across different modes (not only winning ratios provided by Splatnet3), which weapon yields the best/worst result (winning/killing ratio) for them
• Weapon/gear rankings based on winning/killing ratio and usage, as well as player rankings based on performance and usage on different weapons, and players can find those with the best performance using specific weapons they are interested in, so they can possibly contact with them (via friend request or some chat/comment functionalities to be integrated inside in the future)
• Gear evolution calculator based on gear seeds, and gear set recommendations for specific weapons, together with some chat/comment functionalities
• Performances against different bosses or scenarios in Salmon Run

As a backend dev I really like this site, and wonder whether these functionalities mentioned above should fit your future roadmap (which would possibly need a backend service), and I am really honoured to contribute if they do. Booyah!

Booyah! But I think this feature is troublesome to implement.

Maybe an account system is needed, and the project will become very heavy.

And there are potential account security issues, so I think this service is suitable for self-hosting.

Personally, as a bulletin board, this website is well-known enough.

Personally, as a bulletin board, this website is well-known enough.

Honestly I have to admit that these functionalities may be troublesome for such a bulletin board😂 Yet I am happy to find a way if a workaround with a self-hosted backend service would do

I fully understand the need to control the scope of this site, so I'll try to dig deeper myself into s3s mentioned above :) Still, It would be helpful if a roadmap of this lovely site is included in the future :D In terms of the gear calculators, what strikes me is that these functionalities are spread out across different sites or platforms, making it harder for players to gather information in one place. Hence a fan hub covering most of these is what I initially wanted to build, which may not be feasible at all :(
