Split Splatfest Open / Pro / Tricolor #58

From v5.0.0 onwards, Splatfest Battle (Open) and Splatfest Battle (Pro) now have different rotations and hence this PR implements the proper splitting of those alongside Tricolor

This also includes fixing the SplatNet change in Anarchy Battle (mode -> bankaraMode)
