dot command #14

Should work for basic commands, operations, inserts, linewise visual commands, single- and multi-line characterwise visual commands.

This is mostly done and pushed out to gh-pages. There's and issue with repeating inserts during which the the user hit <Backspace> and repeating replace mode switches is not implemented...

Also, undoing an insert before repeating it causes it's repeat to be a no-op i.e. isomething<esc>u. doesn't work

Closing this and creating a couple new tickets for (relatively) minor outstanding dot command issues: #23 and #24
