Fix axis scaling issue of the graph in "Predicting vaccination" section #17

The Axis of the graph in the "Predicting vaccination" section needs to be adjusted to include dates from 8 Dec 2020 until some future date. Currently, axis starts from 1970.

Browser: Chrome v90.0.4430.85 (Win 64-bit)
