Fix scrips for weekly and daily data #20

Fixed the parse script and population grouping to account for the following changes to the weekly and daily sheets.

Weekly:

From 2021-05-13, a new age group, 40-44, was added and "Total" changed to "Total4".

Daily:

From 2021-05-20, the field "Total" was changed to "England".
