Edgegraph v0.3.0 adds:

PyVis output
Singleton utilities
Much improved unit testing (code quality, documentation, quantity and quality)
Support for Python 3.7 (I know... I know... but it only required one line of code changed for complete passing)
Don't-duplicate-link option in explicit builder
