only owner of the bot can change it using the /changeusr and /pfp command

yeah but i am the sole owner of the server and i didnt did that so that why i asking

😅 wait my bad i forgot to add @commands.is_owner() to /pfp command my bad. With this fix normal users cant edit the pfp
