Make RegisterRoutes public #122

In some cases we need to refresh the routing table during the life of the 
application. When this happens MMP no longer works because we call 
RouteTable.Routes.Clear(). I noticed that RegisterRoutes is available in 
MiniProfilerHandler, but it's marked as internal. Would be nice to be able to 
call it when needed so that MMP would continue to work without having to kill 
IIS Express. Thanks.
